We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, such as your email address, display name, and payment details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers on our servers.

We automatically collect usage data including pages visited, lessons completed, quiz scores, and time spent on the platform. This data is associated with your account and used to personalise your learning experience.

We use PostHog to capture anonymised product analytics. No personally identifiable information is included in these analytics events beyond your internal user identifier.

Your data is used to provide and improve the Anvini platform, including delivering AI-narrated lessons, tracking your progress through courses, and generating completion certificates.

We use your email address to send transactional messages such as payment receipts and password-reset instructions. We do not send unsolicited marketing email without your explicit consent.

Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be used to train internal models that improve lesson quality and adaptive quiz difficulty. Individual responses are never shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Payment records are retained for seven years in accordance with financial regulations. Course completion records may be retained indefinitely to support certificate verification requests.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You may also object to or restrict certain processing, and request a portable copy of your data.
