Terms of Service
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing any part of the Anvini platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days in advance.
Use of Service
Anvini grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or share your account with others.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@anvini.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You agree not to use the platform to distribute malware, engage in automated scraping, reverse-engineer any component of the service, or circumvent any access controls we have in place.
Payments and Refunds
Course purchases are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law. Your purchase grants lifetime access to that course level.
We offer a 7-day refund for any course level, provided you have completed fewer than three lessons. To request a refund, email support@anvini.io with your purchase receipt.
Refunds are not available after 7 days from purchase or once more than three lessons have been completed, whichever occurs first. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Intellectual Property
All course content, including lesson text, AI-narrated audio, code examples, and quiz questions, is the exclusive property of Anvini or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our prior written consent.
Certificates issued upon course completion are issued to the named individual and may not be transferred. Anvini reserves the right to revoke a certificate if it is determined that the assessment was completed dishonestly.
Limitation of Liability
The Anvini platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that course content will lead to any specific professional certification outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anvini’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course level to which the claim relates.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
